This red egg dye kit makes adding vibrant color to hard boiled eggs easy and fun. Simply boil white eggs until hard boiled, then place them in a solution of hot water, vinegar and the included bright red dye. The non-toxic formula soaks evenly into the eggshells without harming the eggs inside. Leave the eggs submerged for a few minutes to achieve a rich crimson hue. Once dyed, the eggs will be beautifully colored and ready to use in crafts, gifts or Easter celebrations. The kit contains enough dye to color up to 30 eggs at once, allowing you to efficiently decorate with bold red eggs that will stand out in egg hunt baskets or on display. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Select eggs without cracks or marks. Wash the eggs. Hard boil them on low flame to avoid cracking. If an egg cracks, do not dye it. 2. Use a kitchen pot/bowl big enough to immerse the eggs. Any type of bowl material (plastic, metal, glass) is good. Add 1 liter (~ 4 cups) of cold or warm water, 150ml (5 fl oz) of vinegar and the dye. In case the dye becomes lumpy just keep stirring until it dissolves. *IMPORTANT: Don't forget vinegar. It is needed for the deep red color 3. Place the eggs into the solution and live them there for 5 minutes. Remove the dyed eggs and place them on an absorbent paper towel for 1-2 minutes until dry. Polish them with olive oil for extra shine.
