Republic OIl Way and Slide Oil 68 (Vactra 2 Replacement) 5 gallons. This is actually Fuchs Renep KN 68 NA repackaged from a sealed 55 gallon drum. Compare at $189.95. specially manufactured slideway/gear lubricants. They are compounded using the highest quality base stocks and advanced extreme pressure additive technology for wear protection. They contain a tackiness additive to resist run-off and increase adhesion to sliding metal surfaces. They are oxidation resistant and are formulated to allow smooth machine operation. very effective in lubrication of headers, machine tools, and similar equipment. They are formulated to meet or exceed the critical requirements of Cincinnati Machine P-47 & P-50 specifications, the Schmidt-Coburg test for demulsibility & coolant compatibility as well as requirements set by the Bijur Corporation in its critical filterability test. Excellent stick-slip friction control for precise movement Provides EP (extreme pressure) protection to prevent wear Stable and oxidation resistant to prevent gumming Prevents filter-plugging residues from forming Resistant to gel/soap formation in machining coolant for extended coolant life
