The digital interface with large LED display lets you choose exact temperatures from 100° to 400°F for precise heat regulation, even at low temperatures. Built for versatility with extra-high sidewalls and ultra-durable ceramic surface, the skillet is ideal for pan frying, sautéing, roasting, braising, steaming, simmering soup and stew, poaching, sous vide cooking, making yogurt, and proofing dough. Select temperatures in one degree increments from 100° to 205°F and five degree increments from 205° to 400°F for consistent results every time. Use the multi-purpose rack for steaming and sous vide cooking, as well as making yogurt and baking potatoes. The tempered glass cover with silicone rim, easy-grasp handles, and a sophisticated design make the Tuxedo™ skillet both functional and stylish when entertaining. The digital control keeps food at precise serving temperatures for up to 24 hours. With a ceramic nonstick surface, inside and out, the skillet is easy to clean and fully immersible with the digital control removed.
