With the AD-2 Acoustic Preamp, electro-acoustic guitarists can rely on natural studio-quality acoustic guitar sound in any live situation. Equipped with a powerful BOSS sound processor, the compact AD-2 combines enormous performance with a simple and intuitive user interface. While "Acoustic Resonance" reproduces the complex resonant vibrations of an unamplified tone, Ambience adds a spatiality specially optimized for acoustic guitars to their sound. In addition, the AD-2 has the most important tools for live operation: a notch filter for suppressing feedback, a balanced DI output for direct connection to a PA, and a convenient mute function for tuning or guitar changing.
