- THREE NOTE CHIME: the TreeWorks Three Note Energy Chime has a clear sound that's useful for sound healing, meditation, classrooms, recording music, or alerting others; it's light and portable to be used for any reason
- EASY TO PLAY: the bars are tuned with complementary pitches, meaning there are no wrong notes; strike the bars in any order and sweep across them with the beater for a unique sound effect
- THE BARS: we only use custom mill bars, certified to spec and quality tested; our aluminum/titanium alloy is heat-treated for 8 hours and tuned by ear; we never paint, tint, dip, anodize or plate the bars, as this adversely affects sound
- THE BASE: made with Tennessee hardwood sourced from local managed forests where cut selections are hand picked from kiln-dried stock; a hand rubbed oil finish brings out the natural grain for a high-end look
- NO PLASTIC TIES: the bars are hand tied to the base with TreeWorks' CordLoc, a select fiber composition braided for extraordinary strength; this sealed cord suspends the bar while not impeding resonance
- INCLUDES HARD POLY MALLET: comes with a hard poly mallet that delivers a clear, bright, and articulate sound that's perfect for filling the room with sparkling tone

TreeWorks Chimes. In the summer of 1996, TreeWorks Chimes was created by Mitch McMichen. It began in his garage in Nashville, Tennessee. The first set of chimes was made with a hacksaw and a hand drill. It didn't look like much, but that was the first step to crafting the perfect set of chimes. When asked about the early days of TreeWorks, Mitch replies, "I wasn't trying to start a company. I was trying to find a sound. " Since then TreeWorks Chimes has grown to become the most respected chimes in the percussion world -- used by top studio and touring drummers and percussionist as well as the top 24 drum corps. These instruments are still handmade in Nashville, Tennessee and are unmatched in craftsmanship and sound quality. (It is of note that Mitch McMichen has earned Gold and Platinum records for his recording work in Nashville. )
