The probiotic capsules contain a proprietary blend of probiotics, prebiotics, and cranberry powder to promote both feminine and urinary tract health. Specifically, it includes 12 strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Streptococcus probiotics, fructo-oligosaccharides prebiotics, and 300mg of cranberry powder per serving. The cranberry powder adds antioxidants that further support urinary tract health. Complementing the capsules, the vH essentials Personal Cleansing Spray serves as a fragrance-free, pH balancing lactic acid spray for external intimate cleansing. It can be used during menstruation, before or after intercourse, or postpartum to effectively wash away residue and odor. The spray contains witch hazel to soothe the intimate area. Its upside-down spray design improves front-to-back cleansing between showers as a natural alternative to douching.
