- ◆Tip 4-U.S. shippingIf you drill on the left side of the log/wood, it will use the rotation of the drill bit. If you are drilling on the ground, place your knees or feet on the log to prevent it from rotating, or you can tilt it slightly to make it rotate into the ground. The best case is that you have a table/station that you can use, and maybe even a built-in stop.
